"Bridging the language of DNA with the language of people — one dataset at a time."
// 01 — About Me
I am M. Nithya Kruthi — a PhD candidate in Bioinformatics at Queensland University of Technology (2024–2027), bringing together a rare combination of deep scientific rigour and people-centred professional skills. My research sits at the intersection of genomics, computational biology, and clinical applications.
With an MSc in Bioinformatics from Amity University and a BSc from Osmania University, I have built strong foundations in both wet-lab and in-silico methods, complemented by hands-on experience across bioinformatics pipelines, grant writing, and scientific communication.
Beyond the bench, I bring proven expertise in HR coordination, talent engagement, community building, and marketing — roles in which I have coordinated high-volume recruitment, driven campus outreach across 15+ institutions, and crafted campaigns that connect people with ideas.
My interests include violin, yoga, reading, and community service — and I believe deeply that the best science is done by people who are fully human.
